The short version

Your letters are built right in your browser. The name, email, phone, bank name, and last 4 digits you type are used to fill in your letters and are not sent to us or stored on a server.

What stays on your device

The details you type into the form, while the page is open.
The tracker (which letters you sent and when), saved in your browser's local storage. You can clear it any time with the "Clear tracker" button or by clearing your browser data.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your full bank account number, routing number, card number, Social Security number, or bank login.

Payments

If you pay, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we collect

Your payment confirmation from Stripe (which includes the email you give Stripe at checkout). The letters you fill in, the apps you pick, and your tracker are created and saved only in your browser. We do not receive or store the contents of your letters. If you email us, we keep that conversation.

How long we keep it

Information saved in your browser stays there until you clear it. We keep payment records and support emails only as long as needed for taxes, payments, or disputes, and delete support emails on request unless we must keep them for those reasons.

No selling or sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding).

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing support@dearautopay.com. Depending on your state, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas, you may have extra privacy rights, and we'll honor them for all users.

Kids

This site isn't for anyone under 18.

We'll post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date.
