What this is

This site provides general self-help, fill-in letter forms. They are not prepared for your specific situation. You fill in every blank yourself. No person reviews, edits, or customizes your letters. We don't negotiate, settle, or contact any company or bank on your behalf.

What this is not

We are not a law firm, and nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
This is not debt relief or credit repair. Stopping auto-debits does not erase or cancel anything you owe.
We do not guarantee results. A company may ignore a letter, suspend your account, or keep trying to collect. Your bank may charge a stop-payment fee.

No guarantee

We can't promise that a company or bank will honor your request, or by when. Debits already scheduled or processing may still go through. If you told your bank by phone, it can require written confirmation within 14 days. Company terms change, so check the live terms yourself. Quotes on this site show the date they were checked; always open the live page.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you send and for making sure it is true and fits your situation. Don't use these letters to falsely claim a debit you authorized was fraud or unauthorized.

Accuracy

Contact info, notice periods, and quoted terms are based on each company's published pages as of the check date shown. Terms change. Always confirm on the live terms page before you send anything.

Payments

Prices are $5 for "One App" (one app letter template plus the bank letter) and $12 for "Stop Them All" (templates for every listed app plus the bank letter). Your payment buys instant digital access to fill-in letter templates, published company contact details and deadlines, and a tracker. It is not a fee for legal advice, debt relief, credit repair, or any service performed on your behalf.

Having problems? Email support@dearautopay.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. The charge appears on your statement as DEARAUTOPAY.COM.

Where you can use this

This tool is aimed at people in the United States. State laws vary. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
